Commercial Escrow Officer Confidential | $80,000 Base + Commission + Full Benefits Join a Growing Title & Escrow Team We are seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer to manage commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing organization that values client relationships, attention to detail, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience handling commercial escrow transactions, working directly with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and developers, and ensuring smooth, compliant closings. What You'll Do Manage commercial escrow transactions from opening through closing Prepare, review, and process closing documents Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and other parties Resolve title and closing issues quickly and efficiently Maintain accurate transaction records and escrow files Ensure compliance with company, state, and industry requirements Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process What We're Looking For 2+ years of commercial escrow experience Strong understanding of title and escrow procedures Experience managing multiple transactions simultaneously Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office ResWare experience is a plus Ability to obtain applicable state licensing and notary commission Why Consider This Opportunity? $80,000 base salary plus commission opportunities Established pipeline of commercial transactions Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company contribution Paid holidays and generous PTO Life insurance and additional voluntary benefits Long-term career growth with a respected industry leader If you enjoy managing complex transactions, building strong client relationships, and working in a fast-paced real estate environment, we'd love to speak with you.
