Before loans close, you'll deliver complete, accurate files, and review withdrawn or denied applications to maintain reporting accuracy. Your insights will help improve policies, and you'll suggest alternative loan structures when needed. Supporting and Training the

You'll provide underwriting support across regions and offer training to Mortgage Loan Originators, Processors, and other staff, sharing your expertise to elevate team performance.

What You Bring:

3-5 years of mortgage underwriting experience, including Freddie Mac, investor, and MI company overlay expertise. Strong knowledge of conventional loans and government programs. Excellent organizational skills to manage timelines from application to closing. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with your team. Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Windows), strong risk assessment abilities, and sharp decision-making skills.
