Position:

Mortgage Loan Originator What You'll Do:

Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, guiding them through the mortgage process Develop new business through referrals and community involvement Ensure loan applications are complete, accurate, and compliant Partner with loan operations to coordinate appraisals, credit reports, and documentation Manage your loan pipeline and meet individual production goals Conduct pre-qualifications, approvals, and loan closings Provide excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with all regulations Assist with limited front-line responsibilities and/or Lending Assistant duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Goal-oriented with a strong sense of initiative Mortgage lending experience preferred Knowledge of residential lending regulations and loan processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination systems Why Join Us?
