Looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to help support our closing and funding team. No prior real estate experience is required; we will train you. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in an office setting, banking, or real estate. What You'll Do Coordinate and process funding for real estate transactions Prepare and disburse outgoing checks in accordance with funding guidelines Ensure checks are accurately prepared, balanced, and issued within deadlines Communicate with lenders, processors, and agents to resolve funding conditions Collaborate effectively within a team environment to ensure timely disbursement Organize, maintain and update detailed transaction records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Reliable and able to meet daily deadlines Comfortable with repetitive tasks and staying organized Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn Good communication skills Nice to have but not required any office, customer service, banking or admin experience Pay &Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $20-$25/hour , based on experience Comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company support Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Stable, full-time position in a growing practice Supportive team environment where your work directly impacts successful closings
