In this senior role, you'll own the full lending lifecycle — origination, underwriting, and closing — while building new business and deepening client relationships. What You'll Do Originate, underwrite, and close commercial loans in compliance with Credit Policy Manage and monitor an active loan portfolio with annual credit reviews and risk ratings Drive new business through a proactive calling plan and COI relationships Cross-sell financial solutions to new and existing clients Represent the firm at community events, Chamber meetings, and business development programs Collaborate with credit administration on loan presentations and problem credit resolution Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting 2+ years of commercial lending experience Proven business development and client relationship skills Strong written, verbal, and organizational abilities 25% travel availability outside a 50-mile radius Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
