The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $87,723.00 to $142,254.00. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills. Responsibilities The Loan Servicing & Post-Closing Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for the integrity of the bank's loan portfolio after origination. This individual oversees the life cycle of the loan post-funding, with a primary focus on collateral perfection, regulatory compliance, and the seamless execution of the payoff process. A key component of this role is performing "Clear to Close" (CTC) quality control reviews for complex loan files to ensure all conditions are met prior to disbursement. This manager acts as a high-level bridge between the lending team, legal counsel, and external title partners to mitigate risk and ensure a superior borrower experience.
