Responsibilities for Licensed Loan Officers (MLOs)Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partnersGuide clients through the mortgage process from application to closingAnalyze financial needs and recommend appropriate loan productsManage loan files and ensure smooth, timely closingsMaintain consistent communication with all parties involvedMeet or exceed production goalsResponsibilities for Entry-Level Candidates (Loan Officer Assistant MLO Path)Collect, review, and organize client documentationCommunicate with clients and internal teams to support the loan processLearn the mortgage process from application to closingSupport pipeline management and ensure smooth transactionsWork toward becoming a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)What We're Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskSelf-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentActive MLO license OR strong interest in becoming licensedPreferred (Not Required):

Experience in mortgage lending, sales, or customer-facing rolesExisting referral network or book of business (for licensed candidates)Administrative or support experience (for entry-level candidates)
