Full-Time, Hybrid This role will initially operate remotely; however, we are actively evaluating physical office space for future operations. Candidates should be comfortable with the potential transition to a hybrid or in-office work environment as business needs evolve. Flexibility for periodic in-person meetings, training, or office attendance in the future may be required.
ResponsibilitiesConsult with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend the right mortgage solution.
Originate and structure loans across a broad range of products conventional, government, jumbo, non-QM, investment/DSCR, and unique-property or commercial scenarios.
Collect and review initial documentation (income, assets, credit, employment) and structure a clean file for handoff to processing.
Build and nurture relationships with borrowers and referral partners to drive consistent business growth.
Keep clients informed and confident throughout the process, partnering with the processing team through closing.
Maintain compliance with federal and state lending regulations, company policies, and lender guidelines.
Use the company CRM and LOS to manage your pipeline, documentation, and follow-up.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly origination and client-satisfaction goals.
QualificationsActive NMLS license or wholesale lender Account Executive experience.1+ years of experience as a Loan Officer / Loan Originator or in mortgage wholesale.
Working understanding of federal and state lending regulations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
A borrower-first, integrity-driven approach you do the right thing even when no one's watching.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a commission-based environment.
Nice to HaveExperience with CRM and LOS platforms.
An established referral network or book of business.
Experience with investment-property, commercial, or non-QM lending.
