Ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. ATA National Title Group is a full service title agency providing comprehensive title and escrow services to companies and individuals. We are committed to our mission of building strong and lasting relationships with our clients and providing them with dependable, timely and accurate service.

Job Duties include:

Review and understand purchase agreement and title commitment to determine necessary requirements for closing. Obtain all payoffs, bills, and other conditions required for closing Effectively communicate with all parties in the transaction to coordinate the closing Prepare real estate closing documents Collaborate with lender on Closing Disclosure preparation Develop and maintain good customer relationships

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to reliably meet deadlines and demonstrate consistent follow through Takes pride in quality work Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook Minimum 3 years Escrow Processing experience preferred
