Escrow Officer Onsite | St Joseph, MI $23•36/hour + Uncapped Commission Per Closing Average 4-5 closings per day (roughly $200•500 extra per week) Year 1 OTE (Realistic Range):

~$72,000•$95,000 About the Opportunity We're partnering with a growing title and escrow company that is expanding its closing team and looking for a strong Escrow Officer to handle a steady pipeline of real estate transactions . This is a high-visibility, high-responsibility role where accuracy, speed, and professionalism matter. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can confidently run multiple closings per day, and know how to keep lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers aligned, this is the kind of seat where you can build real leverage in your career. They are open to reviewing more senior profiles at a higher but fair compensation level. Long-term, this role has a clear path toward growth. What You'll Be Doing Review and finalize closing documents for accuracy and completeness. Conduct and manage real estate closings Prepare and return executed closing packages to lenders and banks. Ensure all transactions remain compliant with state and underwriting guidelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and attorneys. Resolve title issues quickly and efficiently before or during closing. Coordinate inspections, appraisals, payoffs, and required documentation. Maintain detailed, accurate transaction records and ensure data security compliance. Provide strong, professional customer service throughout the closing process. What They're Looking For 2+ years of title closing experience Proven ability to run multiple closings daily without sacrificing accuracy. Strong knowledge of title and escrow processes from file opening to funding. Experience reviewing settlement statements and lender packages. Familiarity with ResWare and Microsoft Office preferred.
