Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in the Troy, MI. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to loan origination, providing exceptional customer service, and navigating the complexities of the mortgage process. Qualifications No prior experience as Loan Officer and Mortgage Lending Strong Customer Service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Detail-oriented and analytical mindset Comfortable speaking on the phone and learning in a sales environment Preferred Skills Active NMLS license Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven Education High school or equivalent
