This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on loan origination, customer relationship management, and market development. As a key driver of growth, you will leverage your expertise in financial services, loan processing, and credit analysis to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of agricultural clients. Your energetic approach will inspire teams, foster strong client partnerships, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Fair Housing and TILA. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to lead a thriving market segment and make a lasting impact in the agricultural finance sector. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of comprehensive market strategies to attract and retain agricultural clients, ensuring sustained growth in loan portfolios. Originate loans by assessing client needs, conducting credit analysis, and guiding applicants through the loan process from application to closing. Manage the entire loan lifecycle, including underwriting, processing, and servicing, ensuring adherence to FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines and internal policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agribusinesses, real estate agents, and industry partners to expand market reach. Negotiate loan terms and contracts effectively while ensuring compliance with banking regulations, TILA (Truth in Lending Act), and Fair Housing regulations. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting agricultural finance to advise clients proactively. Qualifications Proven experience in loan officer roles within financial services or banking sectors with a focus on agricultural or real estate lending. Strong background in financial sales, negotiation skills, and customer service excellence. Knowledge of FNMA guidelines, mortgage servicing practices, underwriting procedures, and contracts management. Familiarity with mortgage origination processes including loan processing and credit analysis. Ability to analyze complex financial data using basic math skills to make informed lending decisions.
