Banking A community bank (under $500MM in assets) in Southeastern Minnesota is looking to hire an Ag/Commercial Lender to take over a portfolio and grow it over time. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and currently live within a commutable distance or be willing to move the area. The break down of the portfolio is 60% Ag and 40% Commercial as of now. This bank has experienced tremendous growth in assets, loans, and expanding their footprint over the past 10+ years.
