Job Description
This full-time position is located at the Downtown facility for Central Bank of Boone County. Provides assistance to assigned officer(s) in performing duties as a commercial loan officer. Assists Commercial Loan Assistants in their day-to-day work and leads training of new staff. Performs majority of administrative paperwork and maintenance of existing customer accounts. Responsible for assisting senior management in monitoring compliance to lending policy and banking regulations and assists in creation and implementation of training materials and huddles to support issues. Responsible for compliance with banking regulations which are applicable to job, including Bank Secrecy Act and information security initiatives. Responsible for acting as a resource for both the Commercial Lending and Consumer Lending Assistants. Acts as a liaison between the Loan Administration Officer, Loan Operations and Consumer Lending Officers. Monitors policies and procedures currently in place, implement new procedures that may be needed due to regulatory or compliance changes in lending.
