Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Experienced Title Escrow Officer and become a vital part of the real estate transaction process! In this role, you will expertly manage the escrow process, ensuring smooth and accurate title transfers for a diverse range of property transactions. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex legal and procedural requirements with confidence, delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way. Duties Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from opening to closing. Review title commitments, title reports, and closing instructions. Prepare and review settlement statements, closing disclosures, and related closing documents. Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, buyers, and sellers to facilitate timely closings. Collect, disburse, and reconcile escrow funds in accordance with state and federal regulations. Resolve title issues, liens, and other matters affecting closing. Ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the closing process. Requirements Proven experience as a Title Escrow Officer or in a similar role within a law office or real estate environment Strong knowledge of title insurance, escrow procedures, and real estate closing processes. Experience preparing closing documents and handling escrow accounts. Familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a high-volume transaction pipeline while maintaining accuracy. Proficiency with title and escrow software systems.
