Position Overview We're looking for a detail-driven, motivated Escrow Processor to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll play an essential part in ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process for our clients. You'll be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with various parties, and keeping transactions on track — all while delivering top-notch service and staying compliant with industry regulations. What You'll Do Prepare and process escrow files with accuracy and attention to detail Review and verify loan documents, contracts, and disclosures for completeness and compliance Coordinate with escrow closers, loan officers, clients, and agents to ensure timely closings Track key deadlines and manage all necessary documentation throughout the escrow process Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with industry regulations Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the processing period What We're Looking For Consistent attendance and punctuality Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve goals Self-starter with the ability to work independently without direct supervision Adherence to strict confidentiality policies and procedures, particularly when handling sensitive financial data. Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues and clients. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in the title insurance industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Word, and internet-based tools. Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple phone lines effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others. High attention to detail and accuracy.
