- Commercial Loan Officer - Lincoln, NE Our client is a Regional Bank Holding Company that is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer for their Lincoln, Nebraska, location. This is ideal for a seasoned lender with 5 plus years of commercial lending experience who can hit the ground running. They will be able to step into a sizeable portfolio. The loan department currently manages over $200 million in loans, with a focus on both CRE and C & I loans. Their sweet spot is credits, typically $6-10 million, but they have the flexibility to handle both smaller and larger deals as well. The Lincoln office offers strong internal support with local loan assistants, credit analysts, and treasury management representatives, creating a collaborative environment for lenders to succeed. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, continue building relationships in the market, and contribute to a bank that has experienced strong loan growth and overall expansion in recent years.
