Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing top-notch customer service? We're looking for a Loan Administrator to join our team in Lincoln and support our loan officers in delivering exceptional financial solutions to our customers!
What We're Looking For:
Assist loan officers by gathering financial information and preparing loan requests. Enter and maintain accurate financial data in Web Equity Manager. Help customers with loan payments, advances, and questions. Ensure loan documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. Maintain credit files and assist in compliance with banking procedures. Provide administrative support to enhance the efficiency of our lending team. Provide exceptional & knowledgeable customer service. Maintain a positive attitude to effectively communicate with others by phone and in person. Participate with other bank staff in customer and prospect calls. Attend banking schools and seminars as required to maintain knowledge of bank products, policies and procedures and compliance. Complete special projects, as assigned.
What You Bring:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office is a plus. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to confidentiality. Familiarity with compliance requirements and industry best practices.
