Charter West Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Disclosure professional to join our team at any of our Loan Processing Offices in Nebraska or Iowa. As a Mortgage Loan Disclosure specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive accurate and transparent information about their mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver all required mortgage loan disclosures in compliance with federal and state regulations Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to ensure timely and accurate disclosure delivery Maintain detailed records and documentation of all disclosure activities Stay up-to-date on changes in mortgage disclosure regulations and ensure compliance at all times Comply with all bank policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Prior experience in mortgage loan disclosures or related field preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements
