If you're interested in this opportunity, please apply today!•our mortgage rates are 40bps below the national average •What You Will Be DoingThis role is responsible for originating quality mortgage loans that meet all company guidelines by building relationships with realtors, builders, financial professionals, credit union branches, past customers and other business networking sources.-Develop and maintain a high degree of visibility in the marketplace-Demonstrates effective face to face communications, telephone interaction, and written communications. Responds in a clear, concise manner, using appropriate mode of communication-Deliver presentations to promote company products to realtors, builders, and financial professionals to generate quality mortgage leads-Represents the company in community activities in a positive, professional image in order to promote the development of mortgage department-Counsels members regarding services to maintain quality member/owner service, knowledge, and satisfaction, and achieve established sales goals and objectives.-Coordinates loan registration and documentation to ensure proper and timely processing; works with mortgage software system as necessary.-Monitors and updates loan information requested by mortgage processors to keep files accurate and current-Provides timely feedback to appropriate parties to facilitate accurate decision making.
