5+ years of mortgage loan processing experience 3+ years of (MUST) Encompass experience Ability to calculate debt-to-income ratios and manage multiple loan files
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage a pipeline of mortgage loans from application to underwriting Review loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness Order and review credit reports, employment verification, appraisals, and payoffs Ensure compliance with all mortgage lending regulations
