Loan Officer

Loan OfficerPosition Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending approval of loan applications for individuals and businesses. This role requires a deep understanding of loan products, compliance regulations, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients while providing excellent service.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and assess loan applications to determine eligibility and creditworthiness.

Provide clients with information about various loan products, including mortgages, non-QM, multifamily, and investment property loans.

Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Analyze financial documents, including DSCR and asset depletion calculations, to support loan approval.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.

Stay updated on industry trends, investor programs, and changes in compliance regulations.

QualificationsProven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the banking or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of loan products and mortgage regulations.

Familiarity with non-QM and multifamily loan products is a plus.

Knowledge of investment property financing and investor programs.

Valid NMLS license required.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
