Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated Escrow Officer to join a growing title and escrow team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth and accurate real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities Process real estate transactions from contract to closing. Prepare and review escrow and title instructions, contracts, and related documentation. Prepare title commitments, closing statements, and other closing documents. Clear title issues, including obtaining payoffs, HOA information, and resolving liens. Coordinate and communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other transaction parties. Balance files with lenders and ensure accuracy of all financials. Conduct real estate closings in a professional and efficient manner. Record documents and ensure timely submission. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in the real estate title and escrow industry. Strong knowledge of escrow and title processes, terminology, and applicable regulations. Experience conducting real estate closings. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency with escrow and title software and standard office applications. Familiarity with Qualia and Simplifile preferred. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service. Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ohio Public Notary or ability to obtain within 45 days. Bilingual candidates preferred.
