Your Role:

As an integral member of our team, you will spearhead the real estate closing process, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Document Preparation:

  Crafting settlement statements, closing disclosures, and essential escrow documentation in harmony with the closing process.

• Collaboration:

  Working closely with lenders, Realtors, homebuyers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions.

• Post-Closing Operations:

  Conducting follow-ups and efficiently managing the shipping of closed packages.

Local Candidates Only:

We're looking for individuals who can commute to our Circleville office.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  A minimum of 4 years of title insurance experience is preferred.

•

Certification:

Notary certification is required; candidates should be willing to obtain it if not currently certified.
