Job Description

Land Title Group is looking for a Part-Time experienced Escrow Assistant to provide support to Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to both commercial and residential escrow closings. Must be familiar with reviewing title and loan documents, legal descriptions, closing disclosures, ordering payoffs, taxes, HOI, Lenders title orders, CPL's, ect. Create and maintain positive client and employee relationships. Other Duties Include but not limited to: Interpret and act on instructions from customers and loan officers. Prepare documents for closing and follow up to customers. Communicate requirements and other information to clients including Title Exceptions. Interpret earnest money agreements as they related to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions. Obtain payoff demands for liens, HOA dues, and other payable items. Communicate professionally with all customers. Prepare miscellaneous documents when needed. Job Qualifications 1-3 years related professional experience in the title insurance industry as a escrow assistant Excellent typing skills Detail orientation Strong customer service orientation (skills or ability) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organizational and multi-tasking skills, reacting well under pressure. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows 10 and office 2013-2019
