Overview Join our dynamic team as a Title Insurance Escrow Officer, where you'll play a vital role in facilitating smooth and accurate real estate transactions. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex property deals confidently, providing clarity and security at every step. Responsibilities Manage escrow accounts for real estate transactions, ensuring all funds are handled accurately and securely. Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, buyers and sellers to facilitate the issuance of policies and resolve any title issues promptly. Review loan documents, contracts, and related paperwork to verify accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and Fair Housing laws. Prepare detailed, settlement statements, and closing disclosures with precision, utilizing basic math skills and 10-key typing proficiency. Collaborate with loan officers, mortgage servicers, banking professionals, and legal teams to ensure seamless transaction flow from start to finish. Skills Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Pay:
$51,022.43 - $70,000.00 per year
