Loan Services Manager Location:

Gettysburg, PA (Onsite) Lead. Strengthen. Elevate Lending Operations. ACNB Bank , in beautiful and historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced and strategic banking professional to take ownership of our Loan Services Department

What Sets You Up for Success 5+ years in loan servicing and banking operations , including at least 3 years leading teams; Strong command of loan servicing systems , processes, and compliance requirements (Fiserv DNA experience helpful); Expertise in commercial and consumer loans , residential mortgage loans helpful; Proven ability to manage complex workflows and drive process improvements; Strength in data analysis, reporting, and accuracy controls; A leadership style centered on clarity, coaching, and accountability; Ability to communicate solutions in a clear, practical, and actionable way. What You Will Lead & Be Accountable For Optimize and strengthen loan servicing operations. You will take the lead in evaluating existing service processes, identifying risks, and implementing improvements that drive greater operational accuracy, service delivery, and efficiency. Build a culture of accountability and performance. You will develop your team through clear expectations, coaching, and engagement

• ensuring every team member is working effectively to support lending operations and customer service.

Ensure data integrity and regulatory excellence. You will oversee compliance requirements including

HMDA, SOX

controls, flood and escrow processing, year-end loan activities, and loan data accuracy across the entire portfolio. Partner across the organization. You will collaborate daily with Commercial, Consumer, Mortgage, Credit Administration, Finance, and Compliance to ensure seamless loan servicing workflows and accurate reporting. Lead technology and systems execution. As the primary contact for Fiserv DNA, you will maximize system capability, troubleshoot issues, and support the introduction of new loan products and servicing configurations. Stay ahead of risk and change. You will anticipate regulatory shifts, ensure ongoing policy alignment, and support audits with confidence, transparency, and timely resolution. Comprehensive Compensation & Benefits Package:

This position typically pays $70,000

• 90,000 annual, but can be higher based on current experience .
