Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Mortgage Loan Partner is responsible for supporting loan officers in the origination of mortgage loans. The Loan Partner works with borrowers to collect and verify their financial information, prepare loan documents, and ensure that loans are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Loan Application Processing:
Assist borrowers with completing loan applications and gathering required documentation, such as income and asset statements, tax returns, and employment verification.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers, answering questions and resolving issues throughout the loan process.
Document Preparation:
Prepare loan documents, such as disclosures and closing documents, ensuring that all required information is accurate and complete.
Compliance:
Ensure that all loans are processed in accordance with industry guidelines, company policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
Communication:
Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and other team members to gather additional information and resolve any issues that arise during the loan process.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate and complete records of loan applications, ensuring that loans are processed in a timely and efficient manner. Demonstrates

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some prior mortgage experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
