This role is responsible for developing new business relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to commercial clients, and supporting the institution's growth goals while maintaining strong credit quality.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lending relationships. Originate new commercial loans, including C&I, commercial real estate, and owner-occupied properties. Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement. Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and cash flow to assess credit risk. Structure loan proposals and present requests to credit committees. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with credit, operations, and relationship management teams. Monitor existing loans and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of commercial lending or commercial banking experience preferred. Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and loan structuring. Proven ability to develop and grow commercial client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
