At Lentegrity, we're looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager of Servicing Operations to help lead multiple servicing functions, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence across our organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop loan servicing teams across multiple operational functions, including Bankruptcy, Insurance, Payment Processing, Titles, Credit Disputes, and Records Management. Establish, monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and productivity metrics. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, reduce risk, and enhance the customer experience. Coach, mentor, and develop employees through regular performance discussions, feedback, and career development planning. Analyze operational trends and performance data to provide recommendations and drive strategic improvements. Monitor workflows, staffing levels, and resource allocation to ensure operational goals are achieved. Lead team meetings that communicate business priorities, performance results, policy updates, and company initiatives. Manage escalated customer concerns and complex servicing issues with professionalism and urgency. Partner with leadership to implement departmental strategies, initiatives, and performance goals. Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members. Serve as a key operational leader and provide leadership continuity when department leadership is unavailable.
