Responsibilities:
Work directly with buyers to identify their needs, goals, and preferred communities Schedule and conduct property tours throughout Southwest Florida Educate clients on financing options, inspections, contracts, and market conditions Negotiate offers while advocating for your clients' best interests Maintain consistent communication throughout the buying process Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business Collaborate with leadership, coaches, and fellow agents to accelerate business growth

Requirements:
