Job Description:

Closing Assistant Remote Position (In-person training and occasional in-person meetings may be required) At Closing Hub, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Closing Assistant to support our Escrow Officers with critical file management and closing-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can independently manage responsibilities without constant oversight. If you are proactive, dependable, and have experience in the real estate industry, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Order and track mortgage payoffs Obtain utility payoffs and HOA information Review and process final liens, judgments, and bankruptcy-related documents Verify financial figures and closing-related numbers for accuracy Communicate with lenders, title companies, HOAs, utility providers, and other parties involved in transactions Assist Escrow Officers with additional closing and file-related tasks as needed Maintain accurate records and follow up persistently to ensure deadlines are met What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone Independent, self-motivated, and able to work without constant supervision Tenacious follow-through and strong accountability Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a high-volume environment Strong problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Title or escrow experience preferred, but not required Real estate industry experience required (mortgage, title, escrow, real estate sales, lending, or similar fields) Why Join Us?
