What you'll do: The Escrow Specialist is responsible for the administration, analysis, and reconciliation of escrow accounts associated with commercial loan portfolios. This role ensures accurate collection, disbursement, and monitoring of escrow funds related to taxes and other obligations, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage escrow account setup, maintenance, and monitoring across loan portfolios Perform escrow analyses to ensure adequate funding for tax and other obligation requirements Process disbursements of property taxes and other escrow-related obligations Reconcile escrow balances and investigate discrepancies, shortages, or overages Monitor exception reports and resolve aged escrow items (e.g., unpaid taxes or other outstanding obligations) Coordinate with borrowers, taxing authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely processing View the full job description https://www.click2apply.net/aAPzARTboBlQ6IKdbu8JwP.
