Send job Job Details General Manager, Home Loans Charlotte, NC, United States; Denver, Colorado, United States; Seattle, Washington, United States This role requires a hybrid schedule in either our Charlotte, Seattle, or Denver offices; Tuesday-Thursday in-office, Monday and Friday remote. The Position The General Manager, Home Loans at LendingTree is responsible for leading the Home Loans vertical, with full ownership of business performance and P&L. This role is part of a broader team of General Managers supporting LendingTree's Home and Consumer businesses. This person will operate in a highly matrixed environment, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, Sales, and Finance to drive growth. The GM sets the strategic direction for the business, aligns cross-functional teams, and ensures a strong consumer-first approach across all initiatives. Responsibilities Own and drive the business strategy and full P&L for the Home Loans vertical Set priorities and execute against a clear roadmap of high-impact initiatives Partner cross-functionally to develop product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies Leverage data to inform decisions, with a strong grasp of unit economics, lender performance, and consumer trends Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and accountability for results Manage near-term performance while building toward long-term growth goals Clearly communicate business performance, priorities, and future roadmap to stakeholders Serve as a subject matter expert in the home lending space; build external relationships to inform strategy and drive growth Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, make ROI-driven trade-offs, and take calculated risks Champion a consumer-first mindset and continuously improve the customer experience Requirements Strong background in financial services; home lending experience preferred Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving key business metrics Experience leading in a matrixed environment and influencing cross-functional teams Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships Highly analytical, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights Solid understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and key market drivers 5+ years of relevant experience; MBA preferred Compensation The base range for this position is $200,000-240,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on internal factors, job-related knowledge, and candidate experience.
