About Us We are a fast-growing hard money lender specializing in short-term real estate financing across the Midwest. We fund investor deals in as little as 48 hours, offer simple terms, and operate with speed and integrity. Job Description We are looking for commission-only Hard Money Lenders to source, originate, and manage borrower relationships. This role is ideal for a people-person who is confident, disciplined and goal driven and who wants to earn based on performance. Responsibilities Source new borrower leads through networking, outreach, and referrals Guide borrowers through the application process Manage communication from intake through closing Work within our systems (Mortgage Automator) and follow internal workflows Communicate with underwriting and operations team as needed Follow up with borrowers for future deals and payoffs Requirements Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline Comfortable working remotely and independently Excellent communication and organization skills Compensation Tiered Commission Based on Monthly Loan Volume (Commission Only!) Bonuses structure set up for exceptional performance
