The Opportunity We're seeking a Licensed Loan Officer to join our growing team in a flexible hybrid role based out of our Hauppauge, New York office. You'll originate conventional, FHA, VA, and other residential mortgage products while leveraging our industry-leading technology platform to maximize your production. We have a full processing team in place to handle your files, so you can stay focused on what matters most: originating loans and building client relationships. to manage your pipeline, track leads, and automate client communication Collaborate with our processing team and support staff to ensure timely closings Stay current on loan products, rates, and industry regulations Meet or exceed monthly production goals Qualifications Active NMLS license (required) Minimum 1 year of mortgage origination experience preferred Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (remote + in-office) Tech-savvy — willing to fully leverage our CRM and digital tools Professional, client-first attitude Desire to grow within a supportive, technology-forward company
