Loan Officer Assistant We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to join our growing team! This individual will play a key role in supporting our clients through the mortgage pre-approval and loan application process, while ensuring a smooth, positive, and professional experience. Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients throughout the pre-approval and loan application process Collect and evaluate loan documentation for completeness and accuracy Complete accurate client income and credit analysis Interact professionally with all Sales and Operations Teams to help close client loans Work efficiently with the Underwriting Team to clear loan exceptions Build strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and business partners Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all loan-related tasks

Qualifications:

Maintain an active Mortgage Loan Originator License Loan Origination System Proficiency (Encompass Preferred) At least 2 years experience working with Conventional and FHA loans Fluent knowledge of AUS (DU/LP) Proficiency with FHA Connection Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Ethical, dependable, and motivated to grow within the lending industry Why Join Us?
