I'm a successful Mortgage Loan Officer looking for an Executive Assistant to help me grow my business and deliver exceptional service to my clients. Who We're Looking For Ideal Candidate #1: Has experience in the mortgage industry Understands loan documents, client communication, and mortgage terminology Ideal Candidate #2: No mortgage experience, BUT... Has a college degree Is highly organized Learns quickly Has a strong work ethic Considers themselves an overachiever Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. If you're an all-star, highly intelligent, dependable person who gets things done, I'm willing to train the right candidate from scratch. What You'll Be Doing No selling. No cold calling. No high-pressure sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
Calling clients to schedule appointments Following up with clients for documentation Managing calendars and appointments Assisting with loan file organization Managing social media accounts Posting videos and blog content Helping manage website content Assisting with paid social media advertising General administrative support Helping create a world-class client experience Requirements Reliable and dependable Drama-free Positive attitude Strong communication skills Personable and outgoing Comfortable talking with people on the phone Excellent organizational skills Good basic math skills Tech-savvy Must have a laptop Must have reliable transportation and a vehicle Must be able to work independently Some Saturday availability required What We DON'T Want Chronic excuses Constant drama Negativity People who need to be micromanaged Someone who disappears when things get busy Corporate robots who need a 27-page manual before making a decision What We DO Want Problem solvers Goal achievers Self-starters People who take ownership People who show up when they say they will Someone who genuinely cares about helping clients Why This Position Is Different You'll work directly with the business owner, not through layers of management.
