Fair Way Lending is a full-service Home Mortgage Lender offering a complete line of residential mortgage services. We offer an extensive compensation package. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with a supportive team while working company-provided live transfer leads, managing client relationships, and growing business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Work with company-provided live transfer leads and convert qualified prospects into closed loans Manage client relationships throughout the loan process from application to closing Generate and grow business opportunities through referrals and local relationships Originate residential mortgage loans and maintain an active pipeline Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to borrowers Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company lending guidelines Maintain accurate and complete loan files using the loan origination system
Requirements:
Active NMLS Loan Officer license required Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines Working knowledge of Encompass is a plus
