Job Description
Members' Advantage Credit Union, a strong secure financial institution founded in 1932, is seeking an experienced full-time Mortgage Loan Originator in Plover, WI. Job Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains successful relationships with referral sources, existing and prospective. Prospects new mortgage lending opportunities. Utilizes training materials, reference tools and other resources to provide accurate and up-to-date loan program/policy information to both members and business partners. Provides complete loan applications with appropriate documentation. Ensures exceptional member experience by overseeing loan process from origination to close and providing on-going contact with the member and business partners. Manage pipeline through closing and complete required management reports. Achieves production goals as established with management. Support business development goals identifying any member needs for credit union products or services. Oversees and ensures successful completion of all assigned mortgage loan officer training activities. Job Requirements- 1+ years of relevant mortgage or loan experience

- Proficient computer skills.
- Must have and maintain an NMLS ID number (S.A.F.E. Act registration)
- Must have a High School degree or equivalent.
