We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven mortgage professional who wants the flexibility and opportunity that comes with the broker channel while being backed by a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, clients, and community connections Generate self-sourced mortgage business Take mortgage applications and guide borrowers through the loan process Structure loan scenarios and pre-qualify borrowers Maintain consistent communication with clients, real estate agents, and internal team members Collaborate with processing and operations staff for smooth closings Deliver exceptional client service from application to closing Stay informed on mortgage guidelines, products, and market trends Represent James Mortgage professionally in the community and online
Qualifications Required:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to manage pipeline and follow-up effectively Professional appearance and conduct
Preferred:
