NMLS. VWM

will help you become licensed in those states you do not currently control. In addition, MLO's must be able to: Effectively originate loan applications and complete all necessary requirements to request the appropriate disclosures Analyze credit, income and assets for full loan qualification Explain the benefits of various loan products, including Non-QM loan options Assist clients in selecting the loan that best fits their current and future needs Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, vendors and your Team Members As a trusted MLO with VWM, you will create an effective and efficient follow-up system to gather all the necessary documentation. Also, you must continue providing top-tier customer service throughout the process, up to and including closing, by effectively managing high volume pipelines. Call Center MLO's are provided leads through various software platforms where VWM has partnered, giving MLO's an unlimited potential for growth. Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must possess an approved NMLS license in at least one state where VWM is already approved Familiarity with the LOS, Encompass A working knowledge of mortgage lending practices Customer-centric attitude Compassion and drive to assist families with what is very likely the largest financial purchase of their lives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written skills An ability to retain information that periodically changes, and apply the rules and regulations set forth by local, state, federal, and investors What Separates Us from
