Mortgage Loan Originator- Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced mortgage loan originator, who has strong communication and analysis skills to assist loan applicants in securing the ideal mortgage loan. The candidate we seek should be able generate $25 million annually in new mortgage loan originations. To achieve this the candidate must have a strong referral base (i.e. Realtors, Builders, Attorneys, Accountants, Certified Financial Planners, Civic Organizations, and more). We offer a generous base salary plus commission and incentive package. In addition we offer a benefit package that include vacation, sick, 401k plan with a generous employer contribution, Health, Dental, and Life Insurance Package and more. This individual will be self-starter and will know what it takes to be a successful mortgage loan originator. This role will have minimal on-site office hours. You will be an active participant in team meetings, communicate in a professional manner with Underwriters and support staff.
