SAFE MLO
exam . This role involves assisting clients with residential mortgage applications and working closely with internal processing teams and lender partners to move loan files from application through closing. This position is well-suited for professionals who are organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple loan files in a fast-paced environment. What We Provide Structured onboarding guidance and ongoing support Access to multiple lending partners Administrative and processing support Use of our internal loan platform for application submission Marketing support for approved materials and outreach Responsibilities Review mortgage loan applications and collect required documentation Guide borrowers through each stage of the loan process Communicate with processors, lenders, and third-party partners Maintain and manage an active loan pipeline Ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines and regulations Qualifications Active MLO license or
SAFE MLO
exam passed Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines Relationship-building and customer service skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Compensation Compensation is performance-based and aligned with industry standards.
