Exempt Job Functions:
Manage loan renewals, new loan requests and general client needs for designated portfolio Originate new, small business loan request Support Loan Officers with and maintain existing customers needs Attend prospective customer calls Work with rolling memos Accurately review financial statements and identify and analyze inconsistencies and inaccuracies Manage portfolio and review necessary reports to insure timely receipt of customer financial information Reviews loan presentations prepared by the credit team and accurately prepares underwriting summaries. This requires analytical abilities and significant interaction with the credit and lending teams. Loan presentation information and underwriting summary information would include (but is not limited to the following): General Information Exposure summary and Current arrangements Industry Classifications Policy Exceptions Financial Information (income statement, balance sheet, personal financial, cash flow statement, tax to cash settlement, etc.) Request Controls A/R and A/P aging summary Collateral chart and Work in Progress summary charts Monitor loan agreements for compliance and calculate financial covenant ratios - Communication/Interaction with the credit and lending team as required Work in conjunction with loan processing/documentation to document loan renewals, new loans and clear exceptions
Education/Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting preferred. Minimum of one to two years of banking experience, plus financial/credit analysis training.
