Seeking an experienced Remote
COMMERCIAL CLEARANCE OFFICER. A
prominent full-service Settlement & Escrow Company is expanding and hiring a
COMMERCIAL CLEARANCE OFFICER.
The Title Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the timely close of commercial real estate transactions throughout
NY, NJ, PA.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and 3+ years of relevant experience in the title industry.
Key Responsibilities
The Clearance Officer will communicate with Attorneys, Banks, Developers, and Company Underwriters.
Review of proformas and endorsements
Review of LLC Documents, Corporation Documents, and Partnership Documents
Review of Trusts.
Review of Estate Documents.
Review of preparation of affidavits. Use knowledge and expertise to resolve title commitment requirements that the clearance team is not authorized to handle.
Maintain system to ensure milestones are met in accordance with company policy.
Address all client requests and parties associated with the transaction in a timely manner.
Desired Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Paralegal Certification is a plus!
3+ years of
COMMERCIAL
title industry experience in
NY, NJ, PA.
Strong understanding of real estate title closing procedures and legality.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
