Our team generates significant buyer demand through marketing, referrals, and agent relationships. We are looking for a Loan Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at follow-up and communication, and wants to grow their business with a steady stream of opportunities . This role is ideal for a Loan Officer who already has some experience in the mortgage industry and is looking to increase production by partnering directly with an active real estate team . Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Work directly with our real estate team to assist buyer clients with mortgage pre-approvals and financing options Provide excellent communication and follow-up with clients throughout the loan process Build strong relationships with our agents and clients to ensure a smooth transaction experience Educate buyers on loan programs, rates, and financing options Maintain consistent contact with new leads and past clients Collaborate with our real estate agents to help move transactions smoothly from contract to closing Manage loan applications, documentation, and timelines in coordination with the lending team Provide a high-level customer experience that reflects both the real estate team and

Guild Mortgage Qualifications:
