In this position, the candidate will have the pleasure of serving members' needs in order to better their financial lives while working in a high quality work life balanced organization. All candidates must be sales oriented, well organized, have the ability to efficiently multi-task, possess exceptional communication and computer skills, and be able to handle difficult customer issues. All applicants must have a minimum of one year lending experience, with a preference for experience in a fast-paced phone center environment. A college degree may be substituted for lending experience.
