Full Job Description Commercial Escrow Officer/Assistant Employment Type:
75K-85K base plus bonus with overall comp of 90K possible
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Escrow Officer/Assistant to join our escrow team in the Far North Dallas area, TX. This is a primarily an in office role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional client communication, and a proactive approach to managing transactions from contract to closing.
Responsibilities:
Support escrow officer in all aspects of the commercial closing process for, including document preparation, title clearance, and funding coordination. Prepare settlement statements and closing packages with precision and compliance with company standards. Communicate effectively with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal staff to ensure efficient and professional closing experience. Manage assigned files under the supervision of a senior escrow officer, gradually assuming greater independence as experience allows. Process earnest money deposits, disbursements, and post-closing documentation accurately. Maintain organized electronic files and update status notes in the title production system (SoftPro experience preferred). Uphold company policies, industry regulations, and confidentiality standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in title and escrow required. Solid understanding of commercial real estate closing procedures and basic escrow accounting principles Proficiency with SoftPro/Qualia or similar title software preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and commitment to excellent client service.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Paid time off, holidays, and benefits package (if applicable).

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
