Job Description

What You'll Do Support Escrow Officers in the day-to-day preparation and processing of residential and commercial real estate closing files Order and review payoffs, surveys, tax certificates, and HOA documentation Prepare and proofread closing documents, settlement statements, and title commitments under the guidance of an Escrow Officer Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys via phone and email Schedule closings and coordinate calendars between all parties involved in a transaction Maintain accurate, organized digital and physical files for each transaction from open to close Assist with post-closing tasks, including recording documents and disbursing funds Greet clients and visitors at the front office with a warm, professional demeanor Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred Strong attention to detail — in this business, small errors have big consequences Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable learning new software systems (title production software, e-mail, Microsoft Office) Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball A professional, friendly presence — you'll often be the first voice or face a client encounters Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time in-office Preferred (Not Required) Prior experience in real estate, title, mortgage, banking, or a customer-service-heavy role Familiarity with basic real estate or legal terminology Why Flowers Title Title and escrow is a great industry to grow a career in — stable, detail-driven, and always in demand wherever property changes hands.
